Lost or Damaged Packages

- Damaged: Email photos within 7 days of delivery — we’ll replace or issue store credit
Returns (Shipping Issues Only)
POD items are non-returnable for buyer’s remorse. We replace/refund for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item shipped
- Lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
